FUJIFILM and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Sign Corporate Alliance
Offers imaging hardware and launches HKDL-exclusive themed products
Kick start along with the newly opened Duffy-themed merchandise store
Hong Kong, 26th July 2016―FUJI PHOTO PRODUCTS CO., LTD (FUJIFILM) is thrilled to announce the entry of long-term alliance with Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) that makes FUJIFILM as the resort’s official imaging sponsor, and HKDL-exclusive themed products developer and provider that enhances a remarkable and unique experience in resort. FUJIFILM’s sponsorship includes the Character Experience in the newly opened Duffy-themed merchandise store: “Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy”, which surely is delighting to characters enthusiasts during their visit in the magical place.
In addition to launching high-quality of imaging hardware, FUJIFILM is proactive in collaborating with a variety of international brands and never stop bringing everyone an enjoyable photo-taking experience. In this alliance with Hong Kong Disneyland, photography equipment of Disney PhotoPass in the resort area is exclusively provided by FUJIFILM, including FUJIFILM digital cameras, printers and film. Both of the parties are happy to launch HKDL-themed products so as to bring every excitement and deluxe shopping experience to guests.
Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy - Presented by FUJIFILM
The alliance of FUJIFILM and Hong Kong Disneyland started in July, along with the grand opening of the newly “Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy”, which locates on Main Street. Character Experience in the Duffy-themed store is sponsored by FUJIFILM and apart from that, guests can easily find exclusive products in there, including Duffy-themed value set (instax SHARE SP-1 with films set) and photo taking service with Duffy, ShellieMay and their new friend – the artistic cat Gelatoni.

The new themed printer we have developed enables guests to print pictures of themselves from their warm encounters with their favorite Disney Bears,” said Mr. Stanley Sun, Managing Director of FUJIFILM.

We’re also delighted to work with FUJIFILM to introduce an enhanced imaging service that lets guests capture photos of their magical moments to take home.”

FUJFILM has been cooperating with Disney for years. Products that are printed with Disney cartoons are welcomed by the public. If Disney guests are interested to shop for more fun and lovely photography products, they should never miss by paying a visit to the nearby Town Square Photo. The Town Square Photo is a turn-of-the-century hotel, which has more instax products presented with Disney cartoons. Disney travelers are also able to pick the pictures taken across the park and print out as individual pictures or a nice photo album.
