FUJIFILM announced that starting from 24 March 2015, for any purchase of FUJIFILM instax SHARE SP-1 Smartphone Printers (below as ‘SP-1) at Hong Kong and Macau authorized dealers, are qualified for guarantee & maintenance services in Hong Kong and Macau only. Those exiting World-Wide Guarantee Service certificate holders are eligible to continue the world-wide guarantee & maintenance service within its guarantee period according to such terms & conditions.

Scope of Guarantee and Maintenance Services
Customers who have registered the guarantee service at http://www.fujifilm.com.hk/warranty/ ,or filled and returned the guarantee certificate to FUJI Photo Products Co Ltd. within 14 days from date of purchasing SP-1 (with authorized guarantee certificate) , are entitled to enjoy 12 months(*1) guarantee period(*2) from the purchase of the date. After successful registration, customers need to present the valid FUJIIFLM Imaging Products Service Guarantee Certificate and the original purchase receipt(*3) to obtain the guarantee & maintenance services at FUJIFILM Camera Repair Service Center or FUJIFILM STUDIO (Windsor House shop) during the effective guarantee period.

Note:
(*1) Register online as eShop member and guarantee & maintenance service can enjoy 15 months guarantee & maintenance service.
(*2) Guarantee & maintenance service only applied in Hong Kong and Macau.
(*3) FUJIFILM imaging product service guarantee certificate and purchase receipts must be issued by the Hong Kong and Macau authorized dealers, in order to enjoy the guarantee & maintenance services. If there is any dispute about the documents, FUJI Photo Products Co., Ltd. reserves the right of the final decision.

Remarks:

• FUJIFILM instax SHARE SP-1 Smartphone Printer will include FUJIFILM imaging product guarantee certificate in the packing box, customer must present a valid receipt and guarantee certificate of the product to be entitled to the repair and maintenance services.
